Jesus Christ is Always with You

As life goes on, we tend to put Jesus on the back burner. Life takes over. We have jobs, responsibilities, family troubles, sickness, etc. But these are the moments to give God the wheel. We don’t have to be worried. And we don’t have to feel like we always need to be in control. God is our comforter, counselor, healer, and deliver. Let God have the wheel, so we don’t have to drive alone. For God says, “Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus,” (Philippians 4:6-7).

Prayer

Heavenly Father, You are our everything. Help us not get overwhelmed and pulled away from You during our trials, storms, or the business of life. For you tell us, “ . . .in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us. For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord, “ (Romans 8:37-39). Matthew 19:26, “ . . .with God all things are possible.” Philippians 4:13, “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.” In Jesus name I pray, Amen.
