Nobody is going to take away my peace. No thought is going to take away my peace. No job, no hobby, no sickness, no disease, no hardship, no fear, is going to take my peace. So many times we have our minds run wild and go against what God wants us to think about. But we can all come back and have God forgive us, renew us, sustain us, and redeem us.
Scripture
“but those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.” (Isaiah 40:31).
Prayer
Heavenly Father, don’t let anyone or anything or any circumstance take away my peace. Deliver me from evil thoughts and desires that don’t please You. I rebuke the devil from trying to disrupt the peace You have given me. Help each one of us relax. “Submit yourselves, then, to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you. Come near to God and he will come near to you. Wash your hands, you sinners, and purify your hearts, you double-minded.” (James 4:7-8). In Jesus name I pray, Amen.
