Nothing can separate us from the love of God

Nothing can separate us from the love of God. “Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall trouble or hardship or persecution or famine or nakedness or danger or sword? As it is written: “For your sake we face death all day long; we are considered as sheep to be slaughtered.” No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us. For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.” (Romans 8:35-39).

So remember Psalm 27:1, “The Lord is my light and my salvation – whom shall I fear? The Lord is the stronghold of my life – of whom shall I be afraid.” (Psalm 27:1).

Prayer

Heavenly Father, thank You for Your loving kindness. Thank You for providing us with every need we have. Thank You for blessing us abundantly and never leaving our side. “The Lord himself goes before you and will be with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged.” (Deuteronomy 31:8). Thank You for coming close to us when we call upon You. “The LORD is near to all who call on him, to all who call on him in truth.” (Psalm 145:18). Thank You for delivering us from the evil one and showing us that nothing can separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord. In Jesus name I pray, Amen.

“with God all things are possible” (Matthew 19:26).
